Residential New Construction Inspections
CIS provides progress inspections every 2 or 4 weeks, with or without a photo for 1-4 family dwellings.
Small Commercial Inspections
CIS provides a photo/narrative report for work in progress based on the scope of the project. Small commercial projects include office/warehouse, single tenant office and garden office projects.
Pre-construction Inspections
After the mortgage is recorded we will take a photo of the building site to show that no work has been started or building materials delivered to the job site and provide a written photo report.
Remodel Progress Inspections
CIS provides a photo/narrative report of work in progress and completed, based on the scope of the remodel project for single family dwellings.
